Mr. Franklin Cudjoe recounted an instance where Lawyer Akoto Ampaw saved his organization from a suit that nearly landed him in trouble.
According to Mr. Franklin Cudjoe, SSNIT sued his company in 2014 over allegations that he has defaulted the payment of SNIIT contributions of his staff.
Mr. Franklin Cudjoe indicates that Lawyer Akoto Ampaw was able to argue for him in court with a disagreement which later set him free from SSNIIT.
