Don’t Underestimate Akoto Ampaw-Franklin Cudjoe


The President of IMANI Center for Policy and Education, Mr. Franklin Cudjoe has advised those challenging the election petition in the Supreme Court not to underestimate the powers of Lawyer Akoto Ampaw.
According to Mr. Franklin Cudjoe, Lawyer Akoto Ampaw is capable of grabbing victory in the ongoing case looking at his track records.

Mr. Franklin Cudjoe recounted an instance where Lawyer Akoto Ampaw saved his organization from a suit that nearly landed him in trouble.
According to Mr. Franklin Cudjoe, SSNIT sued his company in 2014 over allegations that he has defaulted the payment of SNIIT contributions of his staff.

Mr. Franklin Cudjoe indicates that Lawyer Akoto Ampaw was able to argue for him in court with a disagreement which later set him free from SSNIIT.
Don’t undervalue the powers of lawyer Akoto Ampaw. What he did in 2014 was amazing. He disagreed with the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and argued that SSNNIT misled the entire court with the lawsuit brought again IMANI Ghana.

Lawyer Akoto Ampaw is currently the lead counsel for the 2nd petitioner in the 2020 election petition case.
