John Dramani Mahama causes massive stir after a statement he made in an interview by journalists after the court proceedings today. John Mahama alongside his legal team and Tsatsu Tsikata have made it to the Supreme Court and are battling their political rivals, the Npp seriously.
Several motions filed by the former president, His excellency John Dramani Mahama have been rejected by the Supreme Court and this has raised concerns as people have started tagging the Supreme Court judges or panelists as bias.
A total of about 9 panelists whiles reviewing the case in court today rejected another motion filed by Mahama and the his legal team to extend the court proceedings.
This was a request by the Ndc and their legal team to extend the court proceedings but was denied and despite the effort of Tsatsu Tsikata to convince them, they were bent on rejecting this motion.
John Mahama speaking to the media and journalists after the legal blows thrown in court stated: I can not bear it anymore, the court has rejected several motions which were on the same path with the law and I do not know why this is happening.
He was disturbed about the several rejected motions presented by his team and was wondering why such treatment could be given to them in court when their only aim is geared towards making sure the right thing is done.
