Reports indicate that on Sunday March 21, 2021, some four workers in the Agnumaso- Bebre community near Ejisu were spotted working from a three story building and so they were required to use metal scaffolds.

A Father, his son, a carpenter and one other person who constituted the team of workers, started work steadily but then the scaffolds were close to electric wires which extend around the building. They needed to shift the scaffolds and that landed them into the electrocution hence claiming the lives of all four persons.
